Therapy that makes room for complexity.
Hi, I’m Netta. Welcome to the online home for my psychotherapy practice, Philly Dynamic IFS.
I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational psychodynamic therapy, with attention to the body, relationship, and the wider systems we live inside.
Therapy isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating a steady relationship where the many parts of you can be met with honesty, care, and time.
Approach
Grounded, relational, parts-aware.
My work bridges Internal Family Systems (IFS) and relational psychodynamic therapy.
I’m interested in how inner experience and relational patterns shape one another — and how change often happens through attention, relationship, and time rather than force.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We work with parts — protective strategies, wounded places, and deeper capacities for care and clarity.
Relational psychodynamic
Patterns form in relationship and often shift in relationship. I pay close attention to misattunement and repair.
Somatic + movement-informed
My background in Contact Improvisation and Somatic IFS informs how I listen — to sensation, rhythm, and timing.
FAQ
Questions people often have.
What is therapy like here?
Therapy is a regular, ongoing conversation that makes room for honesty, complexity, and change. We go at a pace that respects your nervous system and your life.
Do I need to know what I want to work on?
No. Many people begin with a sense that something isn’t working, without clear words yet. We can start there.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is healthcare and is offered to clients located in Pennsylvania. Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching is available to clients located outside Pennsylvania.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I accept Quest insurance and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you offer crisis services?
I do not provide crisis care. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. If you need immediate support in the U.S., you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
